Time to Sleep / Insomnia Blog

5:30 am Time for all good little insomniacs to go to sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Tomorrow is another day. We won’t need to bring any of today’s troubles with us. Let them all go. Start all over again tomorrow. It will be a new day for us to be the best we can be.  Remember that the best you can do is all you can do.

It is not for others to judge you.  Only you know what you are able to do and how you are able to do it.

Try not to let others place demands and expectations on you that you cannot meet or do not want to meet.

Peace of mind is in accepting ourselves for who we are and what we can do at the moment.

Everything is subject to change. What we can do one day is not necessarily what we are able to do the next day.

On the other hand, we might be able to do something tomorrow that we could not do today. We do not have to carry today’s limitations with us into tomorrow.

  1. Thanks, you had some really good points here that I will need to remember. I always need to hear that you can’t compare yourself to others. You can only do what you can do and that may be different tomorrow.

    1. You are welcome. I am glad my ramblings are helpful sometimes. I was just writing what i was telling myself. I need to remember to not judge myself about what i cannot do.
