Ideas for Setting Boundaries With Employers

A list of boundaries for workers that should be respected by employers and supervisors.
Personally I have experienced having narcissistic , power hungry, supervisors.

I can recall a few instances of harassment and unfair treatment by supervisors. It is difficult in workplace situations because you can’t always just walk out.

They know they have you over a barrel because you need your job.

My advice for anyone who is in a situation where a lower management person is harassing them is to keep a journal with incidents, things they say, dates and times. That way if you end up having to report them ( or defend yourself because they report you) then you have everything documented.

The supervisor will lie but you will have more ground to stand on if you have everything documented.

Also document who was around and any witnesses for each and every conversation and incident.

You can always videotape them with the cell phone or audiotape them.
By the way, here is a challenge!! If you want to take it ofcourse.
