Connect for Mental Wellness



Bloggers are people that like to connect in meaningful ways with other people. There are bloggers that specialize in writing about mental illness. Mental Illness blogs vary but they all have one thing in common. They are seeking mental wellness for themselves and for others.

Mental health bloggers write their blogs for promoting awareness of mental illness and also to connect with other people who can understand their mental illness. There is a connectedness between mental health bloggers. They all have their own favorite types of things to write about and there is something to learn from each of them.

Bloggers sometimes tend to read blogs about the particular mental illness that they have, in order to feel validation and a kinship with fellow sufferers. But they also read blogs about other types of mental illness and connect with people that may have similar issues as well as different issues…
