Drive to the store
Clean the house
Take Care of Ourselves
When you can’t . it is time to take care of yourself and your mental health.
Do whatever it takes to feel better and get well.
Take care of yourself and make it a priority.
Make a list of things you can reasonable so that would help you.
Pick something from that list and do it today 🙂
