I am not Your Puzzle Piece

GentleKindness

Let me go

Just let me be

You do not get me

You don’t know me

I think differently

I see things you do not

I can’t fit into your puzzle

I am not the right shaped piece

I will not carve myself to fit

Your status quo

  1. My abuser let me go as soon as he found another puzzle piece. Took 12 long years to get out of that situation. Love this!

    1. It is ashame that you had to spend 12 long years of your life catering to a narcissist. It is not something we can see very quickly, until we have researched and studied the way narcissists operate.

Before the first “red pill” is swallowed, we were in the dark, behind the veil. There was no way we could know.

I am glad you are out of the 12 year relationship now. Too bad he targeted a new victim, but there would have been nothing you could say to warn her. Once they are under the “charm spell” they are lost in the shared psychosis of the abuser.

      Thank you for sharing.
Wishing you love, light, and peace,
